About Elite Commercial Estates

Elite started back in 2016 with a simple decision:  Office life wasn’t for me.

After years behind a desk, I knew I wanted something different. I wanted to build a business that worked around family life, not the other way around. So I took the leap and launched Elite Commercial Cleaning with a clear goal: deliver reliable, high-quality service while building something I could be proud of.

As Elite grew, so did the requests. Clients began asking, “Do you do carpet cleaning too?” Not wanting to turn work away, I went looking for someone who did.

That’s when I found Nick.

Nick turned up with the biggest carpet cleaning machine I had ever seen — bolted into the back of a van like something from a sci-fi film. We worked together on project after project, built a strong working relationship (and a solid friendship), and it quickly became clear we shared the same standards, work ethic, and vision.

That partnership naturally led to the formation of Elite Commercial Estates Ltd — expanding our services to offer a complete maintenance solution for residential blocks and estates.

Today, we’re proud to have a team of 20 skilled professionals, each specialising in different trades and services. From maintenance and decorating to compliance works and reactive repairs, our team is committed to making residential buildings and estates safe, well-maintained, and genuinely pleasant places to live.

We take our work seriously — but not ourselves.  For a start, Nick supports Tottenham and I support West Ham.  We’ve managed to keep the business (and friendship) intact despite that.

Outside of work, we’re both family men who enjoy travelling and spending time with our kids. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me fishing somewhere around the world — always chasing the next big catch.
